Using Horde Webmail

1. [Accessing mail] Navigate your web browser to your webmail page. http://webmail.yourdomain.com should be the address to access your web mail page.

2. [Logging in] Enter your username and password into the fields on the web-login screen.

   

   Click the Log In button to enter your webmail account.

3. [Checking mail] Upon entering the menu, you will see how many new messages are in each of your message folders.

   

   Usually this is just the inbox folder - as shown here. Clicking on the INBOX hyperlink will take you to your actual Inbox folder.

   

   Click on the message subject to read your mail.

4. [Deleting mail] Mail can be deleted in two ways, by directly selecting the delete option while reading a message, or from the Inbox. These are the steps to delete messages from the Inbox:

   • First, you can choose which message(s) you would like to select - individually, or multiple messages - by clicking the check box next to a message.

   • Next, you simply hit the Delete link, under your message list, all messages that you've selected with a check mark will be deleted.

   • This method of selecting messages to be deleted can also be used to blacklist or whitelist a specific message sender.

5. [Sending mail] To create a message to send, click the Compose button, in the top menu. This brings you to a new page in which you can write your message.

   

   When you have filled in the email address you wish to send your message to, a subject, and your message, hit the Send Message button. Your message has been sent.
