iPad Email Setup Instructions

Some of our customers are having problems setting up email on their iPads. Here are a couple things to keep in mind that will help make your setup process easier.

Go to Settings Select Mail, Contacts, Calendars. Select Add Account... On the next screen select Other at the bottom of the list.	Select Add Mail Account.
Fill in Name, Address (full email), Password and Description. Select Next at top right of window.	Incoming Mail Server. Enter your domain name (yourdomain.com) for the Host Name Enter your full email address for the User Name Enter your Password Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP). Enter your domain name (yourdomain.com) for the Host Name Enter your full email address for the User Name Enter your Password Click next, top right of window.
If this error box pops up, select Yes.	Select your new email account under Accounts.
Go to bottom of window and select the Advanced button. Set Use SSL to OFF Set Server Port to 110 Go back with upper left arrow, once.	Select the Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) button. Select Primary Server, should be your domain name. Set Use SSL to OFF Set Server Port to 587 Select Save, top right. You Are Finished!
